Delete your data

If you use Brandwall

To delete your account, or your brand and everything Brandwall has collected for it:

1. Write to [email protected] from the email address you use for Brandwall, with the subject Delete my data.
2. Say whether you want to delete only your own account, or a whole brand (only an owner of the brand can ask for that).
3. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email. Backups are fully cleared within 4 weeks after that.

Deleting a brand removes its walls from every website, and deletes its Instagram connection, collected posts, pictures, settings and activity log.

Remove Brandwall's access to Instagram

You can stop Brandwall from reading your Instagram account at any time, without deleting anything else:

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations.
2. Find Brandwall and choose Remove.

Brandwall can then no longer read new posts. Posts already on your walls stay until you remove them or ask us to delete your data.

If your Instagram post is shown by a brand

Brands use Brandwall to show posts about them. To have your post or your username removed:

• Contact the brand that shows it, or
• Write to [email protected] with a link to the post. We remove it from every wall it is shown on and delete our copy of it, and we let the brand know.
